What will you do?

• Your start with Buddy: for the first 4 months, you will work on the department and gain sales knowledge with the support of an onboarding supervisor and the team,

• Active sales and advice: you will sell and advise customers in choosing the best products and services,

• Order fulfillment: you will prepare orders and coordinate their execution,

• Order and product availability: you will maintain order in the department, ensure product availability and replenish goods on shelves.

What does the work organization look like?

• We work in shifts during store opening hours (6:30 AM–10:00 PM), 5 days a week (40 hours / full-time). If you work on Saturday (usually 3 per month) or on a trading Sunday, you will receive a day off on another day of the week in return.

• Depending on the department, you will work with small and large-sized goods. Therefore, a willingness to do physical work is important.

What does the recruitment process look like?
