Client Advisor

Your responsibilities

• Actively advising and supporting clients in choosing the right products or services tailored to their needs,
• Serving clients in accordance with the service standard in force at iSpot,
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with iSpot clients,
• Achieving sales and quality plans and goals,
• Operating a cash register, sales and financial systems, computer, and payment terminal,
• Ensuring the proper display and visual aspect of the Store.

• Orientation towards achieving sales results and building relationships with Clients,
• Responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks,
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work individually and in a team,
• Experience in a similar position is welcome,
• Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends).
