Sales Advisor (Medical Industry)

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for selling products and services tailored to the needs of our patients.
• You will build and maintain good relationships with our patients - your recommendations will genuinely improve their quality of life.
• You will achieve sales targets and ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• You will provide after-sales support and advise on how to use and care for hearing aids.
• You will conduct hearing assessments for patients and assist in selecting appropriate solutions.

• You have experience in active sales and direct customer contact (in industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail, insurance, or similar).
• You enjoy seeing the results of your work and are driven to achieve goals.
• Empathy, patience, and communication skills are your strengths.
• You enjoy interacting with people and can build lasting relationships with them.
• You are eager to learn – we will provide you with the necessary training and time to acquire new competencies.
• You are willing to participate in a multi-day onboarding training in Warsaw (fully financed).
• You are open to starting studies at a post-secondary vocational school for the Hearing Prosthetist program (with employer co-financing).
