Sales Advisor (Medical Industry)

Work location: Międzyrzecz

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for selling products and services tailored to the needs of our patients.
  • You build and maintain good relationships with our patients - your recommendations genuinely improve their quality of life.
  • You meet sales targets and ensure the highest standard of patient care.
  • You provide after-sales support and advise on how to use and care for hearing aids.
  • You conduct hearing assessments for patients and help them choose the right solutions.

Our requirements

  • You have experience in active sales and direct customer contact (in industries such as banking, telecommunications, retail, insurance, or similar).
  • You like to see the results of your work and strive to achieve goals.
  • Empathy, patience, and communication skills are your strengths.
  • You enjoy contact with people and can build lasting relationships with them.
  • You are eager to learn – we will provide you with the necessary training and give you time to acquire new competencies.
  • You are ready to participate in a multi-day onboarding training in Warsaw (fully financed).
  • You are open to starting studies at a vocational school for a hearing aid technician (with employer co-financing).
