Your responsibilities

• Initiating cooperation with suppliers of leased items and providing active support at all stages of cooperation;
• Achieving sales plans for leasing products by serving clients in the passenger car, light commercial vehicle, and heavy transport segment, or machinery and equipment;
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners of the company;
• Participating in the development and improvement of sales processes;
• Creating a positive image of the company and its products.

Our requirements

• Min. 1 year of professional experience in direct service of CARS and/or TC and/or MiU leasing products;
• Experience in conducting sales talks and negotiating cooperation terms;
• Knowledge of the automotive market;
• Ability to acquire and build a client portfolio and maintain business relationships;
• Stress resistance and ability to work under performance pressure;
• Communication skills, initiative, and motivation for high results;
• Valid category B driving license.

Information Clause of Alior Leasing Sp. z o.o. regarding the processing of personal data of Candidates for employment.Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), Alior Leasing Sp. z o.o. provides you with an information clause regarding the processing of personal data.
1. Personal Data AdministratorThe administrator of your personal data is Alior Leasing Sp. z o.o. at ul. Łopuszańska 38 D, (02-232) Warsaw (hereinafter: AL). In matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact AL:

3. Basis and purpose of data processingAL processes your personal
a) within the scope of fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on AL as indicated in labor law regulations – for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, including for the purpose of assessing the qualifications, skills, and suitability of the candidate for the offered position, as well as, where appropriate, for the purpose of taking action at the request of the Candidate before concluding the contract;
b) for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, in a scope other than indicated above (personal data provided in the CV, cover letter) based on your consent;
c) for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes, based on your consent to the processing of personal data;
d) when necessary – for the purpose of defense against potential claims, i.e., based on the legitimate interest of AL.
4. Period of personal data processingAL will process your personal data until the end of the recruitment process. After this time, the data may be processed until the statute of limitations for potential claims. In the case of consent to process data for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes, personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than for a period of 36 months from the date of consent.
5. Data recipientsThe recipients of your personal data may include:
a) entities or authorities authorized to obtain your personal data on the basis of legal provisions;
b) entities that process your personal data on behalf of AL based on a data processing agreement concluded with AL, in particular IT system providers, entities supporting the recruitment process at AL, including Alior Bank S.A.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, their portability, and the right to object to their processing. In cases where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7. Complaint to the supervisory authorityIn case you find that AL processes your personal data in a manner inconsistent with applicable legal regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Cross-border data transferWe inform you that AL does not transfer your personal data outside the European Union / European Economic Area.
9. Automated data processing, including profilingYour personal data will not be processed solely on an automated basis (including through profiling).Therefore, you will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
10. Provision of dataThe provision of personal data to the extent specified in labor law regulations 7 is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The provision of additional personal data is voluntary.
