Adviser / Adviser to Consumer Finance Clients (proxy) Place of work: Sopot Your scope of responsibilities Conducting analyses and monitoring the results of commercial networks in the portfolio; Conducting analyses of competitive positions of the Bank in the area of Consumer Finance and formulating recommendations resulting from this; Guaranteeing the highest quality of service to Trading Partners, including maintaining positive relationships with them; Initiating contact with potential major Trading Partners; Acquiring new clients through proactive sales efforts and developing existing ones by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; Developing and implementing effective strategies for acquiring and retaining clients; Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions; Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among clients; Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives; Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
