Job description
As a Sales Advisor/Consultant, you will be a friendly face of our brand and embody its heart.
You will have the opportunity to ensure customers receive top-notch service at every step. From initiating conversations, to helping at the cash register, in fitting rooms, and throughout the store. You will play a crucial role in increasing shopping comfort. Your responsibilities will also include work with suppliers, completing missing products, and visual merchandising the latest collection on the sales floor.
Your role is essential in creating friendly experiences that showcase what's best about our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine help and proactive service to lift their spirits and inspire them. Together, with your team, you will create moments that matter.
Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of textiles are welcome, but not required.
