Restaurant:

Mise en Place Activities: Daily preparatory work such as setting up tables, setting tables and buffets, decoration, and implementing various table settings.
Guest Service: Welcoming guests, advising on food and drink selection, taking orders, and processing payments.
Service: Serving food and beverages, preparing mixed drinks, coffee and coffee specialties, as well as cocktails.
Inventory Management: Checking inventory levels, placing orders.

Reception:

Providing quotes, room reservations, check-in & check-out.
Guest Service (Answering questions and fulfilling requests, handling complaints).
Creating print materials.
Organizational tasks such as ski school bookings, activity registrations, and much more.
