Job description
Reporting to the Reception Manager, as a Doorman / Valet / Hunter, you take care of our clients from their arrival to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients, handling their luggage, accompanying them to various services within the establishment (reception, restaurant...);
- Coordinating client arrivals and departures and maintaining presence at the entrance hall;
- Ensuring delivery of luggage, messages, and other items to clients;
- Taking care of clients' vehicles at the hotel and Renoir;
- Responding to various client inquiries and requests (establishment services, city and regional tourist attractions).
