Salary: £25,000 per year (based on 37.5 hours per week, pro rata )

About the Role

We’re looking for caring and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants / support worker to join a trusted care provider supporting people in their own homes across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives — helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing within their community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support in clients’ homes
• Assist with medication, mobility, and mealtime routines
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Promote independence through person-centred care
• Travel between client visits within your local area

Requirements

• Female applicants preferred
• No visa sponsorship available — applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Business insurance (or willingness to add if successful)
• 6 months+ domiciliary care experience preferred (other healthcare backgrounds considered)
• Reliable, compassionate, and motivated to help others
