About the Role: You’ll manage a portfolio of domestic clients while also generating new business opportunities through referrals and lead generation. With a blend of retention and growth, you’ll help drive team performance and mentor junior team members, supported by an experienced Team Leader and a wider national network.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of domestic insurance clients from onboarding through to renewal
• Generate new business and maximise internal referral opportunities
• Support the Team Leader in day-to-day supervision and team growth
• Maintain underwriting standards within delegated authority limits
• Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
• Promote cross-selling opportunities across other areas of the brokerage
• Mentor and contribute to the wider team culture

What You’ll Bring:

• New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (Fire & General)
• Strong experience in personal lines/domestic insurance broking
• A growth mindset with a client-first approach
• Proficiency with insurer platforms and back-office broking systems
• Confidence to initiate, collaborate, and operate independently
