10-15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst Joining Time Required - Immediate - Max 30 Days only. At least 4 years of Recent hands-on experience in the Banking or BFSI domain (Mandatory) Strong understanding of core banking concepts, products, and processes Experience working on data, analytics, insights, or BI projects Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
