Documentary Credits Officer

Position: Joining a busy, collegial team, this is a hands-on operational role. Operating under Swiss banking law and supervised by FINMA, it serves clients across the globe. Responsibilities: As Documentary Credits Officer, you will be responsible for managing documentary credits, guarantees, and other trade finance instruments on behalf of our clients. This includes: • Processing and monitoring documentary credits, guarantees, and other trade finance instruments; • Conducting thorough risk assessments to ensure the integrity of transactions; • Maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to clients; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law); • At least 3 years of experience in trade finance or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
