Documentalist - Technical Assistant of Project / Customer Support

What will be your mission? Under the supervision of the Director of the AREA OF SOLUTIONS FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, resolving incidents and problems, and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. You will also collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of projects, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed. ¿Cuáles son tus habilidades y características? We are looking for someone who has a degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a team environment.
