To be part of the team of professionals to propose in a bidding process, we are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements:


ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We want to incorporate a Document Controller for our Infrastructure Area, for the development of a large project in Lázaro Cárdenas.


Requirements


• Technical or university degree in Administration, Engineering, Document Management, or a related discipline.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in document control in construction, infrastructure, industry, or EPC projects.

• Experience in managing, registering, distributing, and archiving technical documentation.

• Knowledge of engineering, construction, quality, and contract document flows.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with document management platforms (SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).

• High capacity for organization, attention to detail, and management of multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

• Intermediate level of English.

• Availability to work in Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán.


Will be valued

• Experience in port, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures and quality systems.

• Experience in controlling drawings, submittals, RFIs, NCRs, and site documentation.

• Knowledge of document nomenclature and coding.


Main responsibilities

• Manage the registration, control, distribution, and archiving of all project documentation.

• Keep documentary records and tracking matrices updated.

• Control revisions and versions of drawings, procedures, reports, and technical communications.

• Provide support to engineering, construction, quality, and contract teams in document management.

• Ensure compliance with the document control procedures established by the project.

• Prepare periodic reports on the status of documentation.

• Coordinate the reception, issuance, and distribution of documentation among the client, contractors, and project team.
