- Professionals in Psychology, Administration, Law, Education, Engineering, Marketing or similar fields.
- Holding a Master's or Doctoral degree (Indispensable to be validated by Sunedu).
- Certification in digital competencies and mastery of educational platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
- Proven professional experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a higher education teacher (preferably virtual or hybrid mode).
- Commitment, proactivity, and passion for education ¡¡¡Indispensable!!!
- Develop synchronous sessions, promoting high-quality educational experiences.
- Promote active learning through the dynamization of virtual classrooms, incorporating resources, methodologies, and interactive strategies.
- Monitor students' academic progress, providing timely feedback, guidance, and accompaniment.
- Promote critical thinking, innovation, and creativity in learning activities.
- Manage high-value digital experiences and collaborate on educational innovation, participating in teacher communities, spaces for improvement, and continuous updating of EdTech trends.
