Virtual Instructor of Installation and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems

We are looking for a VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR with solid experience in the field of Air Conditioning Systems, willing to teach Hispanic students the best practices of the trade and help them develop technical skills that will propel their future. We are an online education platform leader in Latin America, focused on providing practical training in vocational skills. Our Virtual Instructor program for Installation and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems trains students in thermal load exploration, component acquisition, and essential skills to understand and repair air conditioning systems.

What you will do in this role?

• Deliver virtual live classes on installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of air conditioning equipment.
• Teach key topics such as applied electricity, types of refrigerants, tools, and safety standards.
• Accompany students in their practical learning to enable them to offer efficient solutions and start a business or career in the sector.
• Provide timely feedback and motivate students during their training.

Profile we are looking for:

• Professional or technician in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electrician, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems (residential or commercial).
• Knowledge in diagnosing faults, handling refrigerants, electrical circuits, and safety standards.
• Desirable: teaching or technical training experience.
• Management of G-Suite, Zoom, and digital tools for virtual classes.

We offer:

• Salary: $7,500 MXN monthly + Monthly bonus up to $100 USD, effective from the third month in Aprende. The bonus is subject to performance metrics and student evaluations.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (at the instructor's choice) Mexico time.
