UVM INSTRUCTORS BACHELOR'S LEVEL - CERAMIC MODELING AND PROTOTYPE COURSE
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing innovative pedagogical strategies that foster meaningful learning for students and contribute to integral development within Laureate Mexico. Your work will connect with our global mission, generating impact in academic excellence, the student experience, strengthening professional competencies, and continuous improvement of educational processes.
Your main challenges
- Design and implement innovative didactic strategies to strengthen meaningful learning and competency development in students.
- Plan and manage the teaching-learning process to ensure compliance with academic objectives and institutional standards.
- Evaluate student performance using formative and summative tools to drive continuous learning improvement.
- Integrate educational technologies in the classroom to enrich the student experience and foster dynamic learning environments.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align content, methodologies, and educational processes.
- Participate in educational innovation projects that contribute to academic excellence and the constant updating of programs.
- Provide timely support and feedback to students to foster their integral development and academic retention.
Profile we are looking for
Indispensable requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and professional license in Industrial Design or Plastic Arts
- 2 years of experience in higher education teaching
- 2 years of professional experience with ceramics
