About the role

INSTRUCTORS FOR THE NURSING AREA

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating learning and creating an environment where students can build their own knowledge by incorporating new methodologies, fostering creativity and meaningful learning. Your work will connect with our global mission, generating impact on the operational excellence and academic quality of the campus.

Your main challenges

• Maintain an orderly and respectful environment

• Resolve conflicts, disruptive behaviors, and promote healthy coexistence.

• Capture and maintain attention in a context full of distractions.

• Foster interest in learning and active participation.

• Use digital tools effectively.

• Guide students in their responsible and critical use.

• Comply with lesson plans, evidence, reports, and evaluations.

Profile we are looking for

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in: Nursing

Master's Degree in Education, Intensive Care, Surgical Care, Critical Patient Care, and Pediatrics.

• Verifiable teaching experience at the high school or university level

• Verifiable professional experience

Desirable:

• Experience in global or educational environments

• Key competencies: strategic thinking, innovation, collaborative leadership, service orientation, analytical vision.
