About the Role

Nursing Instructor – Bachelor's Degree

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and managing teaching-learning processes in the field of Nursing at the undergraduate level, contributing to the academic, clinical, and professional training of future healthcare professionals. Your work will be oriented towards the development of scientific knowledge, clinical skills, critical thinking, professional ethics, and comprehensive patient care.

Your Main Challenges

Deliver classes aligned with the academic plans and programs of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, ensuring the achievement of learning objectives.

Design and implement didactic strategies that integrate theoretical, practical, and clinical knowledge.

Promote the development of competencies related to comprehensive patient care, disease prevention, health promotion, and patient safety.

Evaluate student performance and progress using methodologies consistent with academic and institutional standards.

Foster safe, participatory, and inclusive learning environments that encourage critical thinking, ethics, and decision-making.

Link academic content with situations and cases typical of professional practice in healthcare institutions and services.

Work collaboratively with the academic team to strengthen the comprehensive and professional development of students.

Profile We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

Completed Bachelor's Degree.

Professional title and license.

Professional experience related to the area of knowledge.

Teaching experience, preferably at the higher education level.

Availability to teach in person.

Academic training must correspond to the subject to be taught.
