ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Title: Professor of Leadership, Creativity and Administration/High School

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching the subjects of Leadership and Creativity, as well as Administration I and II at the high school level, designing and implementing dynamic and innovative learning experiences that enhance the entrepreneurial spirit, business vision, and socio-emotional skills of the students. Your work will connect with our global mission, generating impact in academic excellence, critical thinking, and the integral formation of future leaders.

Your main challenges

• Plan, teach, and evaluate the subjects of Leadership and Creativity, and Administration I and II at the high school level, ensuring compliance with UVM's academic programs and standards.

• Design and implement participatory pedagogical strategies and practical projects that foster creative thinking, innovation, and teamwork in students.

• Facilitate learning of administrative fundamentals, project management, and strategic decision-making applied to the current context.

• Accompany, guide, and provide continuous feedback to students to enhance their socio-emotional, ethical leadership, and assertive communication competencies.

• Integrate technological tools, educational digital platforms (LMS), and active methodologies into the teaching-learning process.

• Actively participate in teaching academies, collegiate bodies, and pedagogical and institutional updating sessions.

• Evaluate student progress with an impact-oriented approach, focusing on competency development and continuous improvement.

Profile we are looking for

Mandatory requirements:

• Degree and Professional License (mandatory requirement) in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, International Business, Communication.

• Verifiable professional experience in administrative areas, project management, entrepreneurship, or organizational development.

• Previous experience in teaching at the high school, secondary education, or higher education level, with ease in facilitating groups and leadership dynamics.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate degree or Master's degree completed in Administration, Education, Innovation, or related fields.

• Certifications or diplomas in soft skills, leadership, creativity and innovation methodologies (such as Design Thinking), or university/secondary education teaching.

• Key competencies: strategic thinking, innovation, collaborative leadership, service orientation, empathy, and entrepreneurial vision.
