Materials Administration Instructor


In this role, you will be responsible for designing, teaching, and managing teaching-learning processes related to Materials Administration at the undergraduate level, contributing to the training of future professionals capable of optimizing inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain. Your work will directly impact the development of skills oriented towards operational efficiency and continuous improvement of organizational processes.


Your main challenges

  • Teach classes aligned with the academic plans and programs of the Undergraduate Degree, ensuring the achievement of learning objectives.
  • Design and implement didactic strategies that strengthen learning in topics such as materials administration, logistics, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, production planning, and supply chain.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the student in their training process, promoting analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Evaluate student performance using tools and methodologies aligned with institutional standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions in the teaching-learning process.
  • Foster a collaborative, practical learning environment oriented towards industry needs.


Profile we are looking for

Indispensable requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields.
  • Professional Title and License.
  • Experience as a teacher (indispensable).
  • Minimum professional experience of 1 year in areas of logistics, supply chain, materials administration, purchasing, warehouses, production, or planning.
  • Proficiency in teaching-learning techniques.

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching at the university level.
  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, MRP, ERP, inventory control, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for teaching.
  • Competencies such as effective communication, leadership, teamwork, results orientation, and problem-solving.
