At present, we are looking for a Stainless Welder / Finisher with a meticulous and patient personality, a strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision and quality in their work. Your Main Responsibilities will include: • Conducting stainless steel welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC; • Ensuring high-quality finishes on fabricated metal products through grinding, polishing, and other finishing processes; • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; • Collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards; • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a stainless steel welder/finisher or related field; • Strong understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures; • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; • Physical stamina to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for extended periods; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • High school diploma or equivalent required.
