Qualified Builder Wanted – Commercial Renovations, New Builds & Leadership Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a qualified builder to join a small, tight-knit crew working across commercial renovations, new builds, and structural projects. We want someone who can think on their feet, bounce ideas around, and get involved in both the work and the problem-solving behind it.
If you take pride in your work, represent a company well on site, and want to help grow something solid — this could be your next step.
This role also comes with the opportunity to lead on site, working alongside other qualified builders and at times overseeing labourers or apprentices as the workload shifts.

The Work:

Commercial renovation projects — demo, framing, fit-off, finishing
Structural changes, layout alterations, and real on-site problem-solving
Supporting and guiding less experienced team members
Keeping jobs moving smoothly with a focus on quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified builder with proven renovation experience
Practical, physically fit, and able to work through challenges
Confident on the tools and comfortable stepping into a leadership role
Strong communicator who takes pride in their workmanship
Reliable, honest, motivated — someone who simply gets the job done
Own transport and basic tools required
