Some overnight away work required — nothing too wild.
Ready to put those Class 5 skills to use with some of the best civil crews in Otago and Southland?
If you can handle bulk carting, stay cool under pressure, and enjoy being part of a team that actually appreciates good operators — we want you.
Not quite Class 5 yet?
Or only rocking a Class 2–4 licence?
We’ve got plenty of roles and can line you up with something that suits your skill level.

We’re Looking For:
- Clean & current Class 5 licence
- 1+ year Class 5 experience (civil experience = gold star ⭐)
- WTR experience
- Able to command a Road Ranger without grinding it to dust
- Reliable, safety-focused, and keen for consistent work
- DG endorsement = bonus points (not essential)
- Great pay (we pay what you’re worth — simple)
- Full-time, reliable hours
- Work with highly respected local civil companies
- A recruitment team that actually answers the phone and backs their drivers
