Quantum Staffing Solutions is on the hunt for a Certified Practising Traffic Management Operative (T.M.O) to join our team in Dunedin. We work with multiple clients who need T.M.O’s for short-term assignments—but these often turn into regular opportunities, giving you variety, experience, and a chance to grow in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with signage and cone placement, pack-down, and general site setup
• Helping with stop/go traffic control activities to keep crews and the public safe
• Performing driving duties as required
• Following strict safety procedures and ensuring compliance on site
• Occasionally working weekends, night shifts, or on-call duties as part of the roster

Who We’re Looking For:

• Class 1 full license (Class 2 preferred)
• Valid TMO-P warrant
• Physically fit, motivated, and a true team player
• Flexible and reliable – your team depends on you!
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a professional environment
