DM/Manager- Planning

Job Description:-

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules that detail tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

• Collaborate with construction teams on-site and other relevant professionals.

• Monitor Project Management Timelines and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend the right strategies for cost reduction.

• Work in close partnership with the Project Director or Project Manager to strategically plan and schedule major projects using your preferred planning program.

• Keep meticulous records of project resources, changes, labour, and expenses, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project construction life cycle

• Prepare Monthly MIS reports for management

• Effective control of Documentation at project sites during execution stage and inform senior management through MIS. Educational Qualification B.Tech.
