Divisional Manager

The Divisional Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of one or more business units within the division. This role ensures operational excellence, drives performance against key metrics, and translates strategic objectives into actionable plans. The incumbent is accountable for delivering World Class customer experience, maximising efficiency, and fostering a high-performing team culture. The Divisional Manager acts as a pivotal link between executive leadership and the front-line teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results-oriented initiatives, building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency; • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve specific goals and objectives; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and suppliers; • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the division's performance or reputation; • Collaborating with other Divisional Managers to share best practices, leverage expertise, and drive collective success. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
