arveo is the content services platform awarded the German Innovation Award 2025, which helps companies generate real knowledge from documents. Instead of managing paper mountains, arveo relies on intelligent AI agents that independently recognize, understand, and process contracts, invoices, and deadlines – thus transforming rigid document processes into smart, self-learning workflows. Cloud-native, highly scalable, and seamlessly integrable with over 300 interfaces – such as with Microsoft 365 and SAP – arveo is the basis for the intelligent, data-driven organization of tomorrow.
For the further expansion of our arveo services division, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and inspiring leader who recognizes market opportunities, enthuses people, and shapes the future of arveo services together with their team.

• Take Responsibility: As Division Director, you will be responsible for:

1. Revenue, budget, and earnings responsibility as well as operational controlling of the assigned business units of the arveo services division
2. Personnel and professional leadership of the Heads of Business Unit
3. Personnel responsibility for Sales / Business Development
4. Management of the business area development of the division
   
   

• Create Vision: You will assume strategic and economic responsibility for the arveo services division and develop a clear future course for the further expansion of our business. You will analyze and evaluate market trends, identify new potentials, and translate opportunities into a compelling vision and a sustainable growth strategy.
  
  
• Develop Existing Structures: You will actively shape the further development of the division and create the framework for further growth. Together with your team and with the support of the entire group, you will develop structures, processes, and service offerings that strengthen our market position and open up new business areas.
  
  
• Lead with Personality: With empathy, clarity, and decisiveness, you will lead a team of approximately 20 employees and develop them professionally and personally. You will build trust, provide direction, and lead confidently even in challenging situations, inspiring people for common goals and skillfully shaping change.
  
  
• Recognize Opportunities: You will stay close to customers, partners, and market requirements. In collaboration with the arveo partner channel, guided by your instinct for trends and customer needs, you will identify new business opportunities and develop innovative services around document management, workflow solutions, and digital business processes.
  
  
• Shape Growth: You will represent arveo services internally and externally, maintain partnerships and existing customer relationships, and build relationships with new customers, prospects, and multipliers. You will use trade fairs and networks to gather impulses and open up new business opportunities. In doing so, you will further develop our service portfolio in close cooperation with our sales, product management, and project teams, as well as other business units.

• Several years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for teams, business units, or strategic corporate areas
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and experience in the economic management and further development of organizational units
• Proven success in business development, business expansion, or building new market and service offerings
• Sales affinity and enjoyment in building customer relationships and unlocking business potential
• Experience in the field of document management, enterprise content management, workflow solutions, SaaS, or cloud platforms
• Interest in future topics such as process automation, AI-supported document processing, secure cloud architectures, and digital collaboration
• Experience in developing, motivating, and leading employees, and enjoyment in helping people grow
• Strong sense for market trends, customer needs, and the development of sustainable business strategies
• Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor at all levels
• High willingness to travel and enjoyment of networking and active market shaping
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) as well as good English language skills
