Position: District Asset Protection Bodega Aurrera San Luis Potosí / Tamaulipas Objective: Responsible for supervising the activities of the systems leader, as well as identifying different forms of leakage that cause merchandise losses and requesting action plans from Store Management that help mitigate risks, as well as identifying opportunities such as office administrative fraud and cash register area. Responsibilities: Checklist preparation. Taking notes on incidents and accidents. Conducting investigations to identify causes and implement corrective actions. Identifying and reporting potential security breaches. Providing training and guidance to store employees on asset protection procedures. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data. Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential security risks. Developing and implementing plans to prevent and mitigate losses due to theft, fraud, or other causes. Collaborating with Store Management to develop and implement strategies to improve asset protection. Providing regular reports on asset protection activities and results. Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Identifying and reporting potential security breaches.
