Distribution, Online content & Rate Management Consultant

LOCATION: DURBANVILLE Our client is a Sales and Marketing company specialising in the Hospitality sector, with clients in South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya & Tanzania and they are looking for a dynamic and goal driven individual to join their young and vibrant team. Objective Under the direction of the Director of Client Services and within the limits of our clients policies and procedures, the Reservations OTA Consultant will form part of the OTA Department The individual will be responsible for managing online content, distribution channels, and rate management for our hospitality clients. This includes but is not limited to: • Developing and implementing effective strategies for increasing online presence and driving bookings. • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive conversions. • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date content across all distribution channels. • Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and results. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in sales and marketing. • Strong understanding of online distribution channels and rate management principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
