Distribution Manager

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Manager to join their manufacturing team based in the Western Cape. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing all distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, and managing a team of warehouse and logistics staff. Responsibilities : Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet customer requirements and improve efficiency Manage all aspects of warehousing, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
