Distribution Center Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of subordinates and ensure the smooth operation of the distribution center
• Ensure timely and correct completion of all processes, including receipt, preparation, delivery, transportation, returns, and inventory management by subordinate personnel;
• Ensure compliance with work procedures for using logistics applications by subordinate personnel;
• Identify situations that affect activity and propose solutions to optimize depot operations;
• Plan the program of subordinates under direct supervision;
• Record accurate information in payroll records;
• Prepare specific reports;
• Participate in periodic inventories;
• Provide support for logistics operations in the warehouse, as needed;

Candidates:

• Middle school education;
• Minimum 1-year experience on a similar position;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Experience using WMS;
• Assertiveness, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead a team;
• Capacity to assume responsibility and identify problems, choose optimal solutions, and implement them;
• Possitive attitude and adaptability;
• Availability to learn new things.
