WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has minimum 5 years of experience as Site Director, Production Director or Director of Operations, Senior Operations Manager
• Has a university degree – preferably in Logistics, Economics or Technical
• Has Intralogistics technology practical experience
• Has practical knowledge of Warehouse Management System
• Has good communication and knowledge sharing skills
• Is well organized and proactive
• Has practical experience in costs and process optimization
• Has analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Has fluent English skills, both spoken and written

YOUR TASKS:

• 50 000 m2 Distribution Center launch from the greenfield (ultimately 100 000 m2 )
• Site operational management (500 + employees and automation)
• Site production planning in line with the orders
• New solutions implementation within processes and logistics technology
• Capex and opex budget management
• Continuous improvement, quality and on time excellence
• Focus on the site performance and its efficiency
• Direct cooperation with the headquarters and other company’s entities
• Cooperation with international vendors and local authorities
