What you move

• Independent dispatching of transport with fresh and food products to migrolino shops
• Planning of empty container returns and allocation of drivers and vehicles
• Contact person in the area of transport for migrolino shops, Migros branches and other clients
• Key function between customers and transport partners
• Transport controlling activities
• Assistance in various projects
• On-call duty (1x per month) / Saturday duty (1-2x per month) Working hours: Monday - Saturday, Early shift: 03:30 to 12:00 / Middle shift: 07:00 to 15:00 / Late shift: 08:00 to 17:00

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or advanced training
• Field of specialization: Dispatching/Transport
• Work experience: 3-5 years transport dispatching
• Vocational training (EFZ) in transport or logistics
• Further training in dispatching and/or experience in truck dispatching in national transport
• Organizational talent with good geographical knowledge of Switzerland and high resilience
• Fluent German in speaking and writing / French advantageous
• Driving license category C/CE, advantageous
• Good IT skills (Office/dispatching software)
• German (B1)
• French (A1)
