Disponent or Disponent (m/w/d) in Therapeutic Management

The Orthopedic Clinic Tegernsee is a modern rehabilitation clinic of the German Pension Insurance Association Bavaria South with 166 beds, certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Patients and patientesses with orthopedic diseases and internal accompanying diseases are treated in reha-measures of the German Pension Insurance or follow-up treatment. Patients, patientesses, and staff stand as humans with body, mind, and soul at the center. Competence, innovation, and a high level of quality are our top priorities. We are looking for a disponent or disponent (m/w/d) to support us in therapeutic management. The tasks include: • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team; • Coordinating and organizing the therapy process; • Ensuring the smooth running of the therapy department; • Maintaining communication with patients, patientesses, and staff; • Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and contributing to decision-making processes; • Supporting the therapy team in their daily work. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, psychology, occupational therapy); • Experience in therapeutic management or a related field; • Strong communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and adaptability; • Proficiency in MS Office.
