Job description
As a logistics service provider in the pharmaceutical industry, the wheels literally never stop turning for us.
Dispatching is the beating heart of our company. This is where all the threads come together – we coordinate transports of sensitive pharmaceutical products across Europe, work closely with dedicated colleagues from our warehouse and fleet, and maintain a cooperative relationship with our customers. Every day, we juggle orders, time slots, and our various vehicle types. It often gets heated! If you love this hustle and bustle, you'll fit in perfectly with us!
We are looking for a full-time dispatching professional to strengthen our team!
Tasks
- You independently coordinate national and international transports.
- You optimize tour processes and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- You are in close contact with your own driver pool and dispatch colleagues.
- You monitor the entire transport process and always keep the temperature requirements in view.
- You independently create freight documents for smooth processing.
Profile
- Completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk), Verkehrsfachwirt/in (Transport Specialist), or corresponding professional experience.
- Experience with temperature-controlled transports would be a plus, but we are also happy to teach you this.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, good English skills (B2).
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in dispatching.
