The non-profit association Behinderten-Reisen Zürich (VBRZ) has been operating a regional and interregional transportation service for people with disabilities since 1992. For our permanent office team, we are currently looking for a dispatcher (100%). Our dispatching is responsible for organizing the approximately 20,000 journeys per year. Besides these tasks, you will also be involved in the planning and coordination of our transportation services, as well as the communication with our drivers and passengers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all transportation requests are processed smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include: • Planning and organization of transportation services; • Coordination with drivers and passengers; • Communication with other teams and departments; • Processing of transportation requests; • Maintenance of our database and records.
