The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas: • Logistics and supply chain management • Material flow and inventory management • Process optimization and improvement • Teamwork and collaboration • Communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage • Experience with logistics software (e.g. Manhattan Associates, JDA) is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field • 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with project planning and execution is an advantage • Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement processes is a plus As a Disponent (d/m/w), you will be responsible for: • Managing the flow of materials and inventory within our logistics network • Optimizing processes and improving efficiency in our supply chain operations • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow and coordination with external partners • Analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement in our logistics operations • Developing and implementing process improvements and cost savings initiatives • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination We offer: • A dynamic and international work environment with a strong team-oriented culture • Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company • Competitive salary and benefits package • Flexible working hours and remote work options • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools • A comprehensive training program to support your professional development • A diverse range of projects and tasks that challenge you and help you grow • Regular feedback and coaching from experienced colleagues and superiors • A strong focus on work-life balance and employee well-being
