As Disponent / Teamleiter (m/w/d), you will take over the operational management of our site in Erfurt and ensure a smooth workflow in daily business. At the same time, we offer you a clear perspective:

With corresponding performance, you will develop into a station leader and take over long-term responsibility for the entire site. You are not only responsible for disposition, but also grow step by step into a leadership role with responsibility for team, processes, and results.

Field of Activity

• Disposition and deployment planning for drivers and vehicles

• Creation of service and tour plans

• Ensuring a smooth daily business operation

• Monitoring fleet utilization and journey distribution

• Point of contact for drivers in operational daily business

• Support in setting up and developing the site

• Participation in optimizing processes and workflows

• Gradual takeover of leadership responsibility

• Experience in disposition, preferably in the field of taxi, rental cars or personnel transportation

• First experience in coordinating teams or recognizable leadership potential

• Strong organizational skills and structured working method

• Determination and sense of responsibility

• Able to keep an overview even in stressful situations

• Good local knowledge in Erfurt is advantageous

• Commercial driver's license Class B required

• Personnel transportation permit (P-permit) is advantageous or willingness to obtain one
