Job description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for scheduling at one or multiple locations – from shift assignment to deployment day
- Creation of schedules based on the Head of Planning's guidelines
- Support for daily ad-hoc deployment planning for employees
- Ensuring a high-quality plan considering stakeholders' needs
- Control and compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines
- Point of contact for employees regarding changes and change requests in deployment planning
- Preliminary preparation of documents for salary calculation (working hours, hourly wage)
