We are looking for a motivated and reliable Disponent (m/w/d) for logistics in full-time for our customer in the region of Northeim and Einbeck.



Your tasks: Processing and disposition of consignment orders by truck, rail, sea, and air freight with support from SAP and Transporeon
Billing and coordination of transport service providers (e.g. forwarders), as well as creation and checking of all necessary documents
Monitoring the timely and correct processing of orders and supporting our works as an interface between customers, works, and service providers
Closely working together and coordinating with other internal departments
Steering the customs clearance process
Organizing and monitoring deliveries/returns

Warehouse management and accounting
Freight cost accounting/goods receipt procedures for logistics services
Updating and monitoring daily and weekly key figures
Coordination of equipment maintenance (e.g. wagons, containers)
Your profile: Successfully completed vocational training as a forwarding agent (m/w/d), industrial clerk (m/w/d) or first work experience in the field of disposition, logistics
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH SAP R/3 FL AND CUSTOMS SYSTEMS WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS
Safe handling of MS Office applications
Safe English skills in writing and speaking
Outstanding analytical skills
Teamwork and communication enthusiasm
High engagement and resilience
Independent and self-responsible working style
