Tasks

What you'll do

• Coordinate personnel for events – stagehands, forklift operators, technical support staff
• Organize last-minute deployments - when it's urgent
• Serve as a contact person for customers and crew – before, during, and after the event
• Solve problems - before they escalate

What you bring

• Organizational talent and a cool head when things get stressful
• Strong communication skills – even when it gets uncomfortable
• Knowledge of Excel is an asset
• Experience with CrewBrain or similar dispatch systems welcome
• Experience in labor leasing or personnel services is advantageous
• Quereinsteiger with demonstrable organizational talent are explicitly welcome
