Tasks - Independent disposition of vehicles and tours in the recycling sector - Planning and coordination of pickup and delivery dates - Close cooperation with drivers, customer service, and logistics partners - Monitoring the timely execution of transports - Processing transport orders and their recording in the system - Optimization of deployment planning regarding utilization and efficiency - Clarification of questions, complaints, and short-term adjustments Profile - Experience in disposition, ideally in the transportation/waste management/recycling sector - Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland - Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style - Organizational talent with high flexibility even for short-term changes - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking - Proficient handling of common IT systems.
