Adecco For a customer in the wood construction sector, we are looking for a motivated personality. Tasks - Recording of repair reports both verbally and in writing in Navision and the Dispotool - Planning and organization of technician deployment times - Coordination of installations, maintenance work, and repairs - Support and monitoring of all inquiries and concerns from customers - Communication with customers, technicians, and suppliers by phone or email - Supporting in the development of new processes and procedures - Continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt response to customer inquiries and requests - Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Familiarity with Navision and the Dispotool - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively - High level of attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality.
