Tasks

This is why we need your support

• You will support the recruitment team in finding the best people for your customer projects and build your own assembly team
• You will learn about the strengths and potential of your employees, promote them and qualify them at the THOR Academy according to the customers' requirements
• You will establish a connection with your assembly workers and customers, understand their personal and professional needs and take responsibility as a leadership figure for the precise deployment assignment

Qualification

• You have high care competencies for your employees
• You handle your tasks with empathy and communication skills, independent working style, great engagement and self-assured appearance
• You have successfully completed an education and ideally first experiences in the service sector
• You have very good Polish and German language skills
• You have a class B driver's license
