Materials Management Dispatcher (m/f/d) – Munich | Full-time

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Materials Management Dispatcher (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Materials Dispatcher (m/f/d), you will ensure the needs-based and timely supply of spare parts, tools, and other materials
• In addition, you will determine and check material requirements and control the release as well as internal and external procurement
• Furthermore, you will monitor orders, delivery dates, and inventory levels and coordinate necessary measures
• Additionally, you will check and maintain master material data in the ERP system and optimize dispatching parameters
• You will analyze material availability, clarify open issues with the specialist departments, and support shipping processing

Qualifications

• You have completed technical or commercial training, for example as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (m/f/d), or Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience as a Materials Dispatcher (m/f/d), Production Planner (m/f/d), or Purchasing Administrator (m/f/d) is particularly suitable
• You have sound knowledge in materials dispatching and inventory control as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• In addition, you have good Excel skills, an affinity for numbers, and analytical thinking skills
• Organizational talent, a structured and self-reliant way of working, as well as good communication skills are important
