We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Disponent International Logistics (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Disponent International Logistics (m/w/d), you will take over the planning and control of warehousing between suppliers, customers, and logistics companies.
• You will lead communication in the context of order processing in German and English languages and ensure a transparent process flow.
• You negotiate transport prices independently and optimize cost structures in the transportation sector.
• You acquire new logistics companies, expand the service network, and secure the performance spectrum.
• You are responsible for creating, controlling, and maintaining all relevant documents (e.g. freight bills, transportation papers, customs documents) and ensure compliance and quality.

Qualification

• You bring an education as a Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/w/d), Commercial Clerk for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification.
• You ideally have work experience in a comparable position in the field of disposition, transportation logistics, or order processing.
• You possess fundamental PC skills, particularly in MS Office.
• You convince through organizational, coordination, and planning skills as well as a structured working method.
• You stand out with very good German and good English language skills.
