Tasks

• Staff deployment planning for employees
• Ensuring correct staffing levels and short-term compensation for absences
• Administrative tasks
• Preparation of duty rosters for payroll
• Coordination and monitoring of proSicherheit quality standards
• Tasks related to customer and site support
• Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction

Qualifications

• A successfully completed commercial or security services apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the security services sector is desirable
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• A strong talent for organization and a dedicated and independent way of working
• High flexibility, commitment, and reliability
• (Initial) experience in leading or dispatching employees
• Good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
• An impeccable background check (current and clean criminal record)
