Dispatcher (all genders) – Logistics | Remote (Berlin preferred)

To ensure these moments reach our customers, logistics must function perfectly: on time, complete, and across all channels. From FTL to general cargo, courier services (KEP), and Amazon, every transport route has its own logic. As a Dispatcher (all genders), you will maintain an overview and ensure that every shipment arrives where it needs to go.
You will be part of the logistics team, working closely with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and internal teams. You will not only be responsible for the processes but also contribute to their improvement and optimization.

What awaits you:
Transport Planning & Control

• Planning, organization, and control of national and international truck transports (FTL, LTL, general cargo, KEP, Amazon)

• End-to-end responsibility from order entry to delivery

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Continuous monitoring of all shipments

• Proactive intervention in case of deviations to ensure smooth operations

Coordination & Communication

• Coordination with freight forwarders, 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams

• Securing slots and appointments, keeping stakeholders informed

Customs & Documents

• Handling of customs formalities

• Creation and filing of shipping and customs documents

Data Maintenance & System Work

• Clean maintenance of transport and customer data in the ERP system (Reybex)

• Structured data work in Google Sheets / Excel

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics or several years of experience in truck dispatching

• 2-4 years of professional experience in dispatching

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Reybex, SAP) and dispatching tools

• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (advantageous)

• German language skills very good in spoken and written, English skills at least B2
